Landon began serving at FBC in June of 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Church Music from Louisiana College (2008). He loves building relationships and getting to know the people he serves.

Doug began his ministry at FBC in September 2025. He enjoys playing golf and fishing. He earned a  Bachelor's degree in Church Music at The University of Southern Mississippi, and has served many great congregations throughout Mississippi over the years.

Doug and his wife, Kelly, have two daughters. Abigail teaches 9th grade English at Gulfport High School. Lilykate is a freshman at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College where she is a member of the Band of Gold Color Guard team. They have a Golden Doodle named Barney.

Caleb began serving at FBC in August of 2023. He holds degrees from Texas A&M University (BA in Psychology) and Beeson Divinity School (Masters of Divinity).

Caleb and his wife, Alyssa, have two children; Declan and daughter, Mabel Joy.

Bradon began full-time ministry at FBC in May 2026. He is a native of Meridian, MS, where he graduated from West Lauderdale HS. He is a 2026 graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Communications. Currently, he is continuing his education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

We are excited to have Bradon and his wife, Caitlyn, to serve alongside our students and their families.

Kim began in January 2026 managing our office systems and aiding in financial systems. She has more than 30 years of experience in banking, and brings a big servant heart to care for our members and everyone she encounters.

She is married to Kevin, and they have two children: Clark (Whitley) & Brooke (Daniel) and five grandchildren.

Kellie earned a BFA in Graphic Design from Mississippi State University and has more than 23 years of experience as a graphic designer. She is passionate about ministry and helping people stay connected through clear, engaging communication. Her background in church communications and social media marketing has helped bring fresh energy and creativity to the Communications Ministry at First Baptist Kosciusko.

When she's not behind a computer or on her phone, Kellie enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, their two sons, Truett and Levi, and their Golden Retrievers, Goose and Holly.

John is the one that keeps all systems running at FBC. 
He is a husband to Diane, father to three girls, and grandfather to two grandchildren.

When he is not keeping the church going, he spends most of his time on his farm, cutting hay or working cows.
